Often referred to as “Lincoln Cemetery on the Eastside”, Washington Memorial Gardens is the final resting place for thousands of Atlanta residents, including many notable residents who have shaped the city's rich history.

The 35-acre memorial park was established by Tobie Grant in 1947. Grant was a local celebrity, businesswoman, clairvoyant, fortune teller and philanthropist. Her amazing legacy lives forever at Washington Memorial Gardens.
